Communication
Participating in challenging topics and different viewpoints was a big and important part of the classroom experience. Understanding others and coming to a conclusion is an important part of what it take to be a Leader.
Adaptability
Putting yourself in uncomfortable situations allows you to grow and learn. I have never liked public speaking, challenging my self and pushing through the anxiety and fear has made me a better speaker and performer. It was an incredible experience to be able to grow and learn in a welcoming and inviting environment.
Growth
Challenging yourself to help those around you and get the job done isn't easy. Knowing how to lead properly is a difficult task, but is not impossible. Learning from different experiences and the wealth of knowledge from mentors is part of the key to the growth in the Air Force.
